2. Website enquiries
When you submit a brief, we process the name, work email, practice, current website, goal, timing and plan you provide to answer the request, assess fit and take pre-contractual steps at your request. The form does not subscribe you to a newsletter. WebOficio does not install advertising analytics in its initial configuration.
3. UK corporate subscribers
WebOficio may send a limited, one-to-one business message to a UK corporate subscriber —such as a limited company or limited liability partnership— using a non-personal role inbox that the organisation publishes on its own website. We do not use this route for sole traders, unincorporated partnerships, personal email accounts or named-person addresses.
The purpose is to introduce a directly relevant business service. Where personal data is involved, our lawful basis is legitimate interests: identifying an appropriate corporate customer, communicating a relevant offer in a proportionate way and growing the service. We apply a necessity and balancing test, use only role contact data, preserve the public source and company record, send a bounded message and provide an immediate right to object.
4. Sources and transparency
Corporate status is checked against the public Companies House register. A role inbox must also appear on the organisation's own HTTPS website before it becomes eligible for outreach. Candidate or inferred addresses that cannot be verified on that website are not used for sending. Each message identifies WebOficio and lintatalle SL, links to this notice and states the source and unsubscribe route.
5. Your right to object
You have an absolute right to object to direct marketing. Reply UNSUBSCRIBE or email victor@weboficio.com. We stop marketing and keep only the minimum suppression record needed to prevent another message. An objection does not require an explanation.
6. Retention
Unused candidate records are deleted or rechecked within 90 days. Outreach evidence and pre-contractual communications are kept only while the opportunity remains active and for the period needed to establish or defend legal claims. A minimal suppression record is retained so that an opted-out address is not added again by mistake.
7. Providers and location
WebOficio does not sell personal data. Necessary processors may include Vercel for hosting and Resend for email delivery. Commercial records are controlled by lintatalle SL in the European Economic Area. We apply the contractual and transfer safeguards required for the provider and processing concerned.
8. Rights and complaints
Where data protection law applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability and may object to processing. Contact victor@weboficio.com. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office or the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
9. Security and sensitive information
We minimise collection and apply proportionate security controls. Do not send patient information, health records, passwords, payment-card data or other sensitive information through the website brief or ordinary email.
